We take pride in the quality and freshness of our flowers. Every bouquet is handcrafted with care — and your satisfaction matters deeply to us.

Freshness Guarantee

All Me Flowers offers a 3-day freshness guarantee from the time of delivery.
If your flowers wilt within this period and proper care instructions were followed, we will gladly offer:

  • A replacement bouquet

    or

  • Store credit of equal value

Care Requirements

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, please ensure the following care steps were followed:

  • Flowers were placed in clean water immediately upon arrival

  • Stems were trimmed before placement

  • Vase was kept away from heat, direct sunlight, and cold drafts

  • Water was refreshed daily

We may request a photo of the bouquet and details about the storage environment to evaluate the issue.

What’s Not Covered

Unfortunately, we cannot offer replacements or refunds in the following cases:

  • Flowers were left outside for extended periods during extreme weather

  • Incorrect delivery address provided

  • Customer unavailable to receive the order

  • Damage caused by mishandling after delivery

Please contact us at info@allmeflowers.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the bouquet

  • A brief explanation of the issue
