Cancellation policy

At All Me Flowers, we work with fresh, perishable products. Each arrangement is handcrafted and carefully inspected before delivery.

Due to the nature of fresh flowers, we do not accept standard returns. However, your satisfaction is very important to us.

If your flowers arrive damaged or significantly deteriorate within 3 days of delivery (under normal care conditions), please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order.

To review your request, we may ask for:
• Clear photos of the arrangement
• Order number
• A brief description of the issue

If the issue is confirmed and not caused by improper care, exposure to extreme temperatures, or third-party handling, we will offer one of the following solutions at our discretion:

• Replacement arrangement
• Partial refund
• Store credit

Please note:
• Claims made after 72 hours cannot be reviewed
• Natural variations in bloom size, color, and opening stage are not considered defects
• Minor petal bruising during transport does not qualify for refund
