Shipping Policy

We offer local delivery across New York City to ensure your flowers arrive fresh, fast, and beautifully presented.

Delivery Area

We currently deliver to:

  • Manhattan

  • Brooklyn

  • Queens

  • Select areas of the Bronx and Staten Island

If your delivery address is outside these areas, please contact us before placing your order.

Same-Day Delivery

Orders placed by 1:00 PM EST are eligible for same-day delivery.

Orders placed after this time will be delivered the next day or on your selected date.

Delivery Window

Deliveries are made between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
We’re unable to guarantee exact delivery times, but you can leave preferred time ranges in the notes at checkout — and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Delivery Fee

A flat delivery fee is applied at checkout based on the delivery zip code.


Delivery Instructions
Please ensure someone is available to receive the flowers. If no one is home, we may:

  • Leave the bouquet in a safe location (weather permitting)

  • Deliver to a doorman or front desk

  • Contact you for further instructions

We are not responsible for flowers left unattended after delivery.
